Dry River Riesling 2005

• Tasting Notes:
  
  The wine is straw coloured with a fresh hue. It has honeyed floral scents along with apricots, peach and honey dew melon. The palate is roughly equivalent to that of a German spatlese (60g/L) but at present conceals much of its sweetness. It has an elegant structured palate and mouth-watering intensity with the flavours of Granny Smith apples, apricot and even citrus in an incredible salad of flavours as well as the typical mineral and talc in the background.
