• Tasting Notes: This is a genuinely dry Pinot Gris with character and flavour beyond its price. Aged on yeast  lees to give the wine richness and complexity. In the words of Raymond Chan “This has an intense nose of ripe pears and yellow stone-fruits. Dry on the palate this is fulsome and accessible with openly lush stone-fruit flavours enriched by honey notes. The textures are soft and fleshy.”
