Hans Herzog Gewurztraminer 2010

  • Tasting Notes: Our Gewürztraminer reveals a dry, intensely perfumed wine with aromas of rose petals, lychees and ripe pineapple. Creamy in texture with a lovely mineral backbone. This is a fullbodied wine with spicy undertones and crisp acidity.
Gentle whole bunch pressing was followed by a cool fermentation in stainless steel to retain the fresh fruit character of the grapes. No fining and only light filtration.
