  Indulgent Hawkes Bay Syrah showing inviting aromas of black cherry, blueberry and fragrant plum blossom with underlying hints of black pepper and five spice. This is a beautifully balanced wine with Black Doris plum, blackberry and sweet raspberry characters on the palate, complemented by a fine grained tannin structure and exceptional length. Enjoy from 2010 with wild pork, game birds and venison or cellar for at least seven years from vintage to allow for the development of more complex savoury notes.
