Paritua Pinot Noir 2008

• Tasting Notes: Full-flavoured and aromatic, the 2008 Paritua Central Otago Pinot Noir is an elegant example of this expressive New Zealand varietal. Grown in three individual locations in the Cromwell Basin, this Pinot Noir unites characters of intense raspberry, cherry and plum with nuances of wild thyme and mountain herbs.
  
  The palate is firm and well structured with fine mineral notes intermingled with ripe cherry and spicy oak. Beautifully textured, with layers of complex flavours, the Paritua Pinot Noir is an ideal partner to New Zealand lamb and rich game meats.
