• Tasting Notes: Grapes are gently pressed to avoid crushing the grape seeds or exerting pressure eliminating the possibility of over-extraction leaving a wonderful, moist pumice. This is then distilled to a premium Grappa, aromatic and complex, with a long finish. Crystal clear with many layers of spicy fragrances and a very floral Grappa nose. Beautifully smooth culminating with the great fire feel in the mouth that one expects from a 42% Grappa!
