• Tasting Notes:
  
  Colour: Vibrant pale straw with some green tinges
  
  Bouquet: Fresh, lively and strong gooseberry and lime aromas are complimented by the clean vanillin oak
  
  Palate: Complex and of great intensity, depth and length. Contains a multitude of fruit flavours, which include citrus, bay leaf, gooseberry and nectarine. A complete palate of great strength and stature
  
  Cellaring: Wonderful drinking now, but will continue to develop further complexity for a number of years if cellared appropriately
  
  Food: Fish, crab and scallops
