• Tasting Notes:

  The fresh nose is typical from this vineyard, showing intense dried pear characters accompanied by hints of fig, some spice and integrated French oak.

  The palate displays the mouth filling and intense flavours of dried pears, with the middle palate showing richness from both the fruit and yeast lees stirring. Length is a feature of this wine - the palate is long and complex with a lingering clean citrus finish.

  The new French oak complements the fruit allowing a wonderful balance of warm toasty flavours on the finish.
