Paritua - Hawkes Bay

At last – we’ve managed to find a fabulous vineyard from the Hawke’s Bay region to join the fold!

Paritua was established almost ten years ago, inspired by the great wines of Burgundy and Bordeaux.

It has been developed in three phases, with over 150 acres now planted. Seventy percent of the land is devoted to Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc & Malbec – with Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Chardonnay completing the picture.

Talented young wine maker Jason Stent has been involved since the vineyard’s inception and remains responsible for the very impressive 2009 vintage and future releases.

In the same year, Paritua was accredited as a sustainable vineyard and winery.

We love these wines because of their wonderful personalities. They are very much ‘soul wines,’ hand made by artisans who share the same vision and passion as the other vineyards in our portfolio
