Cullen - Margaret River

We are chuffed to bits to be representing this legendary, Margaret River Vineyard. No introduction required really!

Diana and Kevin Cullen were THE Margaret River pioneers back in the late 60’s and the first 18 acres on their sheep and cattle farm were planted back in 1971!

Today, the vineyards are still family owned and the grapes biodynamically grown and being a focus for KRWM was always going to be a no brainer for both parties. Low yields, hand tended and picked and dry farmed for maximum fruit quality, to ensure that the legacy and exacting standards remain uncompromised.

Both family members and wines have received many significant accolades and awards over the years. Considered by many to simply be Australia’s greatest Bordeaux and Chardonnay producers.

We are fortunate to have a good selection of ‘library stock’ and the current releases will be with us soon.

2005 / 2006 “Cullen Vineyard” Sauvignion/Semillon (80%/20%) – This Sauvignon vintage is considered one of the best, ever.

2004 Chardonnay. “Winemaking is now in the hands of Vanya Cullen; she is possessed of an extraordinary palate. The Chardonnay is superb, while I would rate the Cabernet Merlot as Australia’s best.”
